Learn basic principles of alignment of the head, neck, ribs, pelvis, knees and ankles...and everything in-between! Fundamental muscle activation is taught on the mat.

This class tones every major muscle group as well as the abs and core musculature while paying special attention to proper execution, biomechanics, alignment and symmetry so that you leave the class feeling rejuvenated, balanced and energized!

Private Sessions

Private sessions provide you with a customized full-body Pilates workout that is crafted around your personal health and fitness goals. The detailed one-on-one attention received in private sessions allows you to not only focus on your individual needs and areas of concern, but also helps you to progress faster and reach your health and wellness goals.
